2. TOMATO KETCHUP
- 11kg ripe tomatoes
- 3 cups chopped onions
- 3/4 tsp ground red pepper (cayenne)(you can find these at Lizulu/Spa/Chipiku)
- 3 cups cider vinegar (5 per cent)

- 3 sticks cinnamon, crushed
